  • Check discount percentage for each product category in daily sales invoices
  • Entry daily cash book into odoo software
  • Record and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepared daily sales inflow report by excel
  • Followed up AR confirmation by monthly 
  • Manage account receivables
  • Bank reconciliation report by monthly
  • Prepared Sales analysis report by monthly
  • Stock count by monthly (If necessary)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field such as LCCI Level III (UK)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo ERP)
  • 3 years of accounting experience
  • Experience in a specific industry (Distribution)
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills
