Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor the day-to-day accounting operations including Receivable/Payable/advance Income and sale total, invoicing and other transactions).
  • Daily checking for Revenue Income from the Bank
  • Must be daily checking for Over Due Receivable
  • Verify the payment documents to align with the Payment Request policy including payments and advance payments.
  • Prepare and input journal entries, general ledger entries, and accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain financial records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects when necessary and as assigned by the Management.
  • Prepare physical daily petty cash balance from cashier
  • Prepare daily receivable and payable report
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • B. Com or Any Graduate
  • Must have LCCI Level III or ACCA part 1
  • Must have over 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Proficient in Advance Excel
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Software
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work
