  • Must oversee the operational processes of the Admin Department.
  • Collaborate in the department’s managerial and administrative activities.
  • When necessary, manage the department’s responsibilities on behalf of the HOD.
  • Set and define the department’s responsibilities in coordination with the HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum experience as a Supervisor in the administrative field.
  • Proficient in computer applications and able to use them effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative processes and capable of independently designing and implementing workflows.
  • Must hold a diploma or equivalent qualification relevant to the administrative field.
  • Degree must be obtained from a recognized university or institution.
  • As this is a combined HR & Admin department, preference will be given to candidates with HR experience
