Job Title: Admin & HR Manager
Department: Administration & Human Resources
Location: Mandalay (Diamond Plaza)
Reports To: General Manager (or) Director (or) Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Admin & HR Manager is responsible for managing the administrative functions and human resources operations of the organization. This role ensures smooth office operations, regulatory compliance, and effective HR practices including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture.

    Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and administrative services.
  • Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
  • Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and cost control.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Any Bachelors of Degree, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR and administration roles.
  • Over 35. Years
  • Prior experience in managing both HR and administrative responsibilities preferred.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

    Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRIS), payroll systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
