Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR and/or Admin role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and office administration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
