- Assist Vice President (Head of Myanmar Office) and Associate Vice President (International Operations) in daily operations

- Organizing meetings and appointments

- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

- Organizing events and conferences

- Reminding VP and AVP of important tasks and deadlines

- Typing, Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

- Collating and filing expenses
- Process Visa Application for Expat Employees 

- Other admin related duties assigned by the management team

Job Requirements

- Excellent planning and organizing skills

- Ability to communicate in English 

- Quick Learner

- Ability to use MS Office effectively (Especially Excel)

- Ability to type both English and Myanmar languages 

- 2-3 years experience in Office Admin role
