Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports (Fuel consumption, payment for vehicle repair, building maintenance, etc.)
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Record for Fixed assets and data entry to PBI report.
  • Not only supervise to Drivers but also controlling to Maintenance (Building, vehicles, furniture, laptop, printer, etc.)
  • Arrange to not only vehicle license extension & also insurance process (New & renewal)
  • Checking daily vehicle & driver - kilo, cleaning, maintenance, repair process.
  • Reporting – data entry to PBI (Car report, Insurance, Company Docs Registration, etc.)
  • Assist to Admin manager as per the requirement of manager.
  • Reporting to admin manager – daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • At least 3 Years experiences in related field
  • Ages between 25 – 35 years
  • Admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Problem solving and decision-making aptitude
