Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead daily office operations, improve administrative efficiency, and support cross-functional teams at Nay La Myint Mo Co., Ltd. This role needs strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily office operations, including utility services (water supply, drinking water, office/restroom cleanliness, electricity), inventory, Wi-Fi, vehicle entry/exit, and other administrative matters.
  • Manage and monitor company vehicles and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle documentation, registrations, licenses, and renewal schedules.
  • Coordinate and facilitate transportation requests from internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Process and coordinate payments related to security service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and other administrative documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform effectively under pressure while meeting assigned deadlines and organizational targets.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with new policies and procedures introduced by the Management Team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Must have experience in administration and management.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively.
  • Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have at least 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Age between 30 and 40 years.
