- Mainly in charge of Admin duties- Help with external and internal reporting requirements- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments-Book meeting rooms as required- Manage office supplies stock and place orders- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets- Handle with general filing and scanning of documents- Handle with administrative and clerical duties- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned
- Must have 8 years working experience as General Affair or Admin .- Must have 2 years working experience as Admin Manager.- Prefer to have working experiences in Garment- Must have JLPT N2.- Must be good at Japanese Language.
