Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel purchases, consumption, maintenance, and repair costs. 
  • Ensure all vehicle documents (e.g., driving licenses, road tax, insurance) are valid and renewed promptly. 
  • Conduct regular safety checks, cleanliness inspections, and fuel refills to prepare vehicles for daily use. 
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle allocations for employees, optimizing availability and minimizing conflicts. 
  • Monitor driver performance, address concerns, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. 
  • Report accidents, safety violations, or operational incidents to the reporting manager immediately. 
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on vehicle usage, maintenance expenses, and fuel consumption for management review. 
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in fuel usage, maintenance, and fleet operations. 
  • Manage daily operations of the company’s Ferry Service.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
  • Valid driving license (mandatory). 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle/fleet management, administration, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, HR, finance). 
  • Familiarity with fleet management software/tools. 
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance protocols. 
  • Experience in managing driver schedules or transportation services.
