We are looking for a skilled and experienced Admin Supervisor to support office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all office administration duties professionally.
  • Plan and organize vehicle routes and staff transportation arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, documents, records, and filing system.
  • Supervise daily administration operations and office activities.
  • Arrange meetings, schedules, and coordinate with teams.
  • Support the management team and other departments.
  • Understand government office processes and general office procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Admin Diploma is required.
  • Minimum above 3 years of experience in Admin Supervisor / Admin position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Other Information

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Sunday & Public Holidays Off).
