Maintain admin department-related jobs.
Strong experience in license and coordinating with insurance companies to ensure that all vehicles are covered by the appropriate amount of insurance at all times.
To be update vehicle schedule and list
Preparing reports on fleet activity, including fuel usage and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Demonstrated organizational, supervisory, and administrative abilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree with computer proficient (Excel, Word, Power point, Internet, Email)
Minimum 3 years experience in Administrative and Vehicle Field with FMCG industries.
Should be thorough with all vehicle tasks.
Must be age between 25 to 35.
Preference will be given to those with related work experience and knowledge.
Must have the ability to complete work within a given timeline.
