The Administrations Assistant supports Communication Department by coordinating back-office operations and administration processes.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Handle administrative requests and payments from senior managers (deal with finance, discuss with the suppliers)
- Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies
- Assist in the preparation for events, store keeping and record event things
- Purchase order follow up
- Control the schedule
- Compare the suppliers' quotation
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Check the branch's requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Strong organization skills
- Reactivity and pragmatism
- Good interpersonal skills / team spirit
- Good Excel and Power Point skills
- Good level of English
