Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Serve as the nodal point for all Sub-Department communication and administration.
  • Support all the Regional Operations Managers and Power Delivery Mangers with all Administration duties.
  • Support with the coordination of all the Departments ICT requirements and any other office equipment or supply requirements.
  • Ensure the Departments workspaces are professionally displayed and manage the booking of all required meetings and meeting rooms.
  • The Departments Office Area is maintained according to HSE rules. 100% compliance
  • Support the HSE Coordinator to ensure the Department is fully compliant with the company’s HSE policies and standards.  Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and training to the Administrative staff under control to ensure compliance with company’s Administration policies and procedures.
  • Administration and Management of the allocated Departments CAPEX and OPEX budgets to you.
  • Implement, Administer and Govern the Sub-Departments nodal point for all procurement and financial requests allocated to you.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the office requirements of the Sub-Departments allocated to you.
  • Ensure regular meetings are held to address all support functions within the Department.
  • Support the monthly “Boots not Suits” program of the Department.  Visits to Zones and sites monthly.
  • Continuously support the Objectives of the Department and create a healthy, transparent working environment in your area of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Administration/Human Resource/Financial certification
  • 3 Years plus Administration in Finance/Operations/Projects experience
  • Fully conversant in both Myanmar and English
  • Competency working with MS Office package, COS, Sage, RA, MS Projects/Visio, RMS Operational Systems
