Purpose of the Position

The Admission Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the student recruitment and enrollment objectives. The incumbent is responsible for the effective execution of the admission process by providing professional guidance to prospective students and parents, maintaining accurate applicant records, and ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with school policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks. The role demands professionalism, discretion, and commitment to service excellence.

Principle Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and parents, offering accurate and timely information on academic programs and admission requirements.
• Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring compliance with school standards and eligibility criteria.
• Manage end-to-end admissions workflows, including inquiry management, application processing, and enrollment confirmation.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all inquiries, applications, and enrollments within the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to achieve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion targets and contribute to the institution’s overall recruitment goals.
• Participate in outreach initiatives such as education fairs, school visits, and open house events to promote the institution’s programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including academic, finance, and marketing teams, to facilitate a seamless admission experience.
• Prepare regular reports and analytics on leads, conversions, and admissions performance for management review.

Required qualifications/experience: related field

• Bachelor’s degree – Any type of bachelor’s degree
• Admission experience – 1 to 3 years of experience in student counseling, customer service, sales or marketing, or educational administration
• Strong Communication, interpersonal, counseling, and persuasion abilities
• Knowledge of admission procedures and documentation
• MS Office, Databases, CRM proficiency
• Ability to meet enrollment targets and deadlines
