Job Description

  • Able to assist for the preparing and checking the shipping documents for import 
  • Able to support regularly for import license application & required government approval.
  • Coordinating with Logistics team, shipping lines, forwarder and government sector and comply with international and domestic regulations.
  • Support team in overseeing the effective operation of a company's supply chain process and serve as the point of contact for internal teams.
  • Able to assist the others duties of documentation tasks according to team requirement and need better typing skills both in English and Myanmar.
  • Performing as import team member such as maintaining records of shipments, updating databases of Import team for government process, and support import process
  • Check Bill & Invoice before payment to ensure Payment with Respective Suppliers
  • Mature attitude with a strict focus on work regarding shipping statuses and logistics issues. If needed, he can go outside with a problem-solving mind-set.
  • Handle routine communication with internal departments to resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Logistics Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Additional training or certification in logistics/supply chain will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Must be communicate in English (Pre-Intermediate or Intermediate Level)

  • Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehousing processes.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
