Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Actuarial Department is calculating policy reserve, pricing new products etc. Practical process is as below. 

  • Checking existing policy status, and making in-force policy list
  • Calculating Actuarial Reserves and Unearned Premium Reserves
  • Analyzing persistency ratio, and reporting it to management  
  • Analyzing benefit payment situation especially surrender, and reporting it to the board meeting 
  • Making report of quarterly company result, and submitting it to Myanmar Insurance Association
  • Deciding assumptions of new products, and calculating premium rate for each category of customer/plan

Job Requirements

  • Experience in financial institution (Preferably)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Statistics or Mathematics or Science are preferable)

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

  • Age: Preferably below 35 years of age

  • Skill for Read/Write English is required to some extent
