Job Description Summary:

This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will embody AIA’s commitment to excellence by delivering premium customer service, managing workplace interactions with professionalism, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments and service providers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a courteous and well-groomed appearance, consistently representing AIA’s service culture.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor registrations with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Escort guests to designated events, departments, or meeting rooms, ensuring a warm and attentive experience.
  • Support internal and external customers with workspace arrangements, bookings, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of internal and external events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repair services.
  • Promote a welcoming and well-organized workplace environment that enhances customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, aviation, or front-desk roles is highly preferred.
  • Must be available to work on a flexible schedule that includes weekends and weekdays, in alignment with the office’s operational needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions.
