Job Summary:
The application specialist acquires high-level technical training from suppliers, and provides application training to end-users. This position has a primary focus on training in diverse settings; promoting sales, total system solutions and assisting on-site customers in application usage.
Responsibilities:
Technical/ Application Training:
• Obtains technical training from supplier side and conducts comprehensive user training to achieve customer competency, optimal utilization and self-sufficiency
• Collaborates with Sales & Marketing team to enhance customer experience
• Provides expertise in all stages of the sales cycle by assisting sales associates in sharing product features and functions
• Actively engages in customer service survey activities
Sales & Marketing Support:
• Conducts product demonstrations while promoting product value to support the sales team at trade shows, workshops and customer sites
• Supports and participates in marketing programs (seminars, conferences and symposiums)
 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology (Medical Imaging)
• Good command over MS Office, spoken and written English
• At least 1 or 2 year of experience in related position (or) diagnostic medical field.
• Availability to go local and oversea trips independently.
• Business oriented with strong skills in analysis, problem solving and decision making.
