Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation tools and data analytics solutions to enhance audit efficiency, testing accuracy, and coverage.
  • Implement AI-assisted audit analysis, documentation, and report drafting, ensuring accuracy and reliability of outputs.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to identify automation opportunities and continuously improve audit processes and cycle time.
  • Support audit planning, fieldwork, testing, data analysis, and preparation of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews and perform other audit and ARC-related tasks as assigned by ARC Manager.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to branches and operational locations as and whenever required to support audit assignments and ARC activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automation, data analytics, AI tools, or software development; exposure to internal audit or risk and compliance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of AI applications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes, internal controls, and audit testing requirements.
