Core Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact/liaison and technical expert and coordinates and collaborates with functional users to resolve issues.
• Supports and coordinates integration across enterprise and business applications.
• Develops and maintains necessary application documents, procedures, and knowledge materials, i.e., business requirements, functional design, and system configuration documents.
• Provides user support and guidance across business applications, assists in the development of training materials, and provides training to new users.
• Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
• Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality and releases.
• Provides daily operation, month-end, and year-end support for Enterprise Solutions and Corporate Applications.
• Supports and implements new functionality for ERP and other Information Systems under HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Monitors and supports application stability, availability, and performance; troubleshoots application issues and coordinates resolution with IT teams and vendors.
• Manages incidents, service requests, and changes in line with ITSM processes.
• Supports application configuration, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
• Develops automation and practical alternative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Supports application access, security, and compliance requirements.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and digital/enterprise solution initiatives.
• Performs other ad-hoc IT duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)
• Certified in Project Management/ ITIL are an advantage.
• Skill in excel and MS products is useful
• Minimum 2 year working experience in business application.
• Hands on experience in business process analysis.
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Myanmar languages
