Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed construction drawings for building and interior projects.
Develop design concepts that meet client requirements, project specifications, and applicable building standards.
Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using industry-standard design software.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure construction complies with approved designs.
Prepare and submit accurate project reports, documentation, and design revisions.
Provide technical support and recommendations during construction and project implementation.
Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and company requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or a related professional Diploma.
Age between 25 and 45 years.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Architecture or related fields.
Proficient in architectural design, interior design, and drawing software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar).
Able to conduct site inspections and travel to project sites when required.
Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Honest, responsible, and of good moral character with no criminal record.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to work long-term with the company.
Able to comply with company rules, regulations, and policies.
