Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Architect to join Three Swallows Construction Co., Ltd in Mandalay. You will develop practical, creative, and code-compliant design solutions for building projects, working closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver quality results.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
● Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered.
● Review site conditions, project requirements, and local regulations to support accurate design decisions.
● Develop plans, elevations, sections, and presentation materials using industry-standard software.
● Support design revisions, material selections, and construction documentation throughout the project.
● Visit project sites as needed to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and maintain quality standards.
● Ensure projects meet functional, aesthetic, budget, and timeline requirements.

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
● Proven experience as an Architect in construction, building, or architectural projects.
● Strong knowledge of architectural design, drafting, and construction documentation.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design or presentation software.
● Good understanding of building materials, detailing, and site coordination.
● Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
● Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
● Portfolio of previous architectural work preferred.
