Job Summary
A growing construction company in Tamwe, Yangon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, organize, and monitor construction activities from start to completion.
● Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
● Track project progress, resolve site issues, and maintain quality standards.
● Ensure compliance with HSE, engineering, and company procedures.
● Review schedules, budgets, materials, and daily site reports.
● Support project documentation, inspections, and handover activities.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical coordination, and project controls.
● Familiar with HSE practices, quality standards, and site safety procedures.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
● Proficient in MS Office and project reporting tools.
● Experience working in Yangon construction projects is an advantage.
