Job Title: Architect

Department: Operations Department, Head Office.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for managing design projects from concept development through to completion. You will work closely with clients and construction professionals to develop project proposals, adjust designs to meet specific needs, and prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for adhering to budgets and timelines, managing project teams, and ensuring effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

 Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the  needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with construction professionals.

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
