- Create the initial concepts and design vision for the project.
- Preparing preliminary sketches and details.
- Works with Clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with Engineers, Construction Teams, Office Admin and other stakeholders to bring projects to completion.
- Recommend materials and finishes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture.
- Strong design skill with proficiency in architect software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, …..)
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in architecture with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multi teams.
- Have experience in both software and ground
- Auto CAD / 2D / 3D drawing
- Good communication skill with Clients
