We are looking for strong, curious software developers who are motivated to grow into solution / enterprise architects. This role is designed for experienced developers who want to move beyond coding and develop
skills in system design, integration, non-functional requirements, and technical decision-making. Selected candidates will be working closely with senior architects, while continuing to contribute to delivery. Candidates will gradually take ownership of solution design responsibilities and become a full fledge architect over the period of 6-12 months.

Key Accountabilities:

• Learn and apply system design principles and best practices
• Participate in solution and technical design discussions
• Assist in creating and reviewing design documents
• Understand end-to-end system flows, integrations, and dependencies
• Analyze non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, resiliency)
• Gradually own design for small-to-medium scope components under guidance

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.

Professional Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and distributed systems
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components
• Understand and implement requirements with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and improve overall code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to system or solution design discussions
• Experience with integrations, messaging, or cloud platforms
• Prior involvement in reviewing designs or mentoring developers
