Providing and preparing architectural design drawing to group leader by the construction plan.
Producing conceptual design drawings for projects.
Drawing up architectural drawings depend on tendering.
Participating architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
Taking part in Tender Design work, Conceptual Design work, Schematic Design work and Detail Design work.
Getting check the regulation of the designs, fire regulation and other cases in YCDC.
Producing and making detail design drawing.
Handling tasks in modelling and rendering the design by Auto CAD and Sketch up.
Making sometimes check and guide the progress of design condition in Site Project.
Preparing and developing layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
Making coordination with work contractors, and other project engineer in site work design.
Experiencing in using advanced software like CAD or Auto CAD in preparing architectural plans.
Taking job and project be completed in the agreed time frame of the project.
Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Graphic Design.
Take the design “brief” to record requirements and management needs
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Bring your own creativity to be a success in this role
Prepare shop Drawing to obtain Approval
Control and supervise Site Activity

Job Requirements

Must have good experience as architect position in construction of architectural design company.
Proficiency in using Auto CAD.
More preferable if can use Revit.
Have experience in providing Conceptual, Schematic and Detail Drawings.
Prefer who is Licensed Architect (LA) or Licence Senior Architect (LSA).
Must have experience in Design work, Conceptual design work, schematic design work and detail design work.
Bachelor of Architecture(BE- Arch) and preferable from basic qualifications in Design
Must have 5 years working experience
Auto CAD Advance (2D/3D/3Ds Max)
Must have driving licence or motor bike licence
Organized enough to manage a busy and varied workflow and deliver on time
Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts
Interior decoration Exterior decoration; Must be able to design for steel related industries.
