Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Drafting & Documentation: Develop detailed architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models based on designer sketches and specifications.
  • Design Integration: Perform "overlays" between Architectural and Structural drawings to ensure seamless integration and identify potential design clashes before construction.
  • Site-Specific Planning: Create shop drawings for the site team to clarify complex details and resolve immediate construction hurdles.
  • Site Measurements & Audits: Conduct regular site visits to take precise field measurements, ensuring that "as-built" conditions match the design records.
  • Revision Management: Swiftly modify drawings based on feedback from the site team, project changes, or updated client requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the Site Team, QS, and Marketing to ensure the design intent is clearly understood and accurately represented in all project phases.
  • Document Control: Maintain detailed records of drafts, revisions, and project files.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s  Degree in Architecture./BE Civil 
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, 
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Sketch up,Lumion or V-ray ,Microsoft Office.
