• Design & Creativity
• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Prepare and review mood boards, material boards, and presentations for client approval.
• Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Ensure design originality while aligning with project budget and timelines.
• Project Coordination
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and finishing.

• Client Management
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on design trends, materials, and cost-effective solutions.
• Handle design revisions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
• Review and approve design outputs before submission.
• Provide training, feedback, and professional guidance to team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design (fit-out, decorations, and turnkey projects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality design.
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
