-Must have about the knowledge of sale development,profit and loss, Business analytics tools
-Able to work with a team as a good communicator
-Can use and follow up on Company's SOP and Other Process
-Can Lead and manage staffs (50 or more)
-Analyze and plan the sales and shift of sales,order and staff management
-Must know how to control damages,shortage and FIFO process
-Check the ERP and POS reports once discrepancy or some errors
-Report to Operation Manager on process and issues,daily process
-A person who can work at anywhere and anytime

-Must have degree(Any)
-Age between 25 and 37 years
-Must have excellent skill in Microsoft Office(World,Excel,Powert Point,E-Mail,etc)
-Can work under pressure
-Must have knowledge about ERP Software
-Must have minimum 3 years experience in retail management field
