  • Increase sales and department revenue
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Follow to do for sales and marketing guide lines
  • Follow to do 6 step of call (A2QVP2)
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to maximize impact to the company
  • Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies
  • Follow to do the call plan (daily, weekly, monthly) to gain for customers satisfaction
  • Offer a full range of services to new and current customers
  • Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain frequent contact with existing customer
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction was achieved

Job Requirements

  • University degree is required
  • Qualification of sales and marketing
  • At least 3~4 years of increasingly responsible sales, marketing or customer-contact experience in a sales-related field, preferably in the FMCG or Beverages industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
  • Strong business acumen
  • Relish a challenge and work well within a competitive environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic work environment
  • Personally motivated, proactive, self-starter and aggressive
  • Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and results/goal-oriented focus
