  • Record day-to-day cash receipts for debt from dealers through the bank in the system.
  • Report daily Cash Transaction file to AR supervisor and Chief Accountant.
  • Report Dealer statement list to AR Supervisor and Chief Accountant.
  • Provide the auditors’ requirements during the audit period concerning AR matters.
  • File invoices, credit notes.
  • File the debt confirmation documents.
  • Print out monthly dealer statement.
  • Record daily dealer phone call.
  • Perform new dealer form.
  • Report weekly dealer phone call list to AR supervisor and CA.
  • Print out customer transactions and statements.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate & bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • SAP or Software experience
  • Minimum of one year experience
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and SAP packages
  • Computer literate
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadline
