Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, and verify advance/advance claims.
Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and closing processes from month-end/year-end.
Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and international accounting standards.
Conduct a review in C&R and propose an action plan.
Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
Supervise and mentor the accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits with documentation and reporting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.com/CPA/ACCA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
