  • Develop team business plan and achieve the set Sales targets
  • Industry quality recruitment of financial advisors, train and maintain the active ratios
  • Participate in Company activities and expand company brand recognition
  • Supervise and lead the team of 4 to 5 advisors and conduct sales trainings
  • Identify potential targeted markets and implement promotion/ marketing programs/events to support the team sales and recruitment targets
  • Achieve Team and individual KPIs set by the management
  • Perform tasks assigned by the direct reporting person

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language fluency in Burmese and professional in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • ≥ 3 years of experience as a sales manager position and have a success sales track record
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, employee, and customer relationship management
  • Fixed income plus incentives & lumpsum bonus plans
