  • Lead a team of agency business development executives to support company agent sales and manpower growth.
  • Work closely and to provide prompt and effective support to the agency sales channel.
  • Assist in creation of sales opportunities, monitoring the sales activities,and be the intermediary to all agency support functions.
  • Build an effective and productive Agency Distribution channel.
  • Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within the cluster.
  • Assist in agency manpower growth and agent recruitment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in agency management or sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, and passion for innovation to achieve goals.
  • Detail-oriented, influential, creative, and resourceful, with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethic.
  • Good command of both English and Burmese (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
