  • 3-5 Years of experience in brand management, sales, or trade marketing
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of FMCG sales channels and distribution
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience in managing agencies, distributors, or field teams.
