Job Description

1- Must have at least (5 ) Years of Managerial experience in relevant field.
2- Any bachelor degree and background on business management if advantage
3- Excellent time management and planning skills
4- (Good communication , leadership skill , negotiation skills and problem solving skills) or
(Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills)
5- Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
6- Able to travel where necessary and overtime
7- Can negotiate about duties.
8- Share Knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
9- Conversavle in English.
10- Computer literate-Microsoft Office, Internet & Email

Job Requirements

1- Responsible for managing the operation team, developing coverage sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and expanding company's business.
2- Achieve growth and hit operations targets by successfully managing the operation team design and impletement a strategic business plan that expands company's requirement base and ensure its strong presence for all operation system.
3- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer & supplier relationships by patnering with them and understanding their needs.
4- To analyze & report the data of sales, promotion, pricing and distribution activities.
5- Manage employee's responsible for day to day
6- Prepare Financial statement and analysis for branch
7- Lead, motivate and improve the performance of the branch management team and ensure the achievement of goals and targets
8- Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
9- Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts and administrative departments.
10- Understand and follow company rules and regulations
