Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Supervising a team of Credit Officer and review credit decisions made by them
Monitoring of loans and customer follow-up
Participates in recruiting and training, performance management and development of credit team
Assist Credit Manager in developing credit evaluation process and lending criteria
Assist Credit Manager in monitoring loan application conversion, and identify causes to abnormalities in data and performance
Ensure Credit Officers maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity and ethics

Job Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in credit assessment/analyst and at least one year of managerial experience in a microfinance or a financial institution.
Strong analytical skill and Risk Management concept
Strong interpersonal,Organizational and Problem-solving skill
Computer skills and familiarity with communication apps such as Messenger, Viber and Line
Good communication skill and English Proficiency
Ability to communicate with Thai speaking will be added advantage.
Able to perform duties in other places inside or outside of Myanmar.
