Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To manage and oversee financial operations, reporting, and business coordination with overseas subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with the parent company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Account Management & Financial Oversight
•    Maintain accurate financial records for overseas subsidiaries.
•    Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, account balances, and payments.
•    Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting from subsidiaries.
•    Analyze financial statements and provide variance reports and recommendations.
•    Facilitate communication and alignment on finance, compliance, and budgeting.
•    Ensure that overseas operations comply with local accounting standards and group policies.
•    Support audits and liaise with external/internal auditors and tax advisors.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
•    Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in international finance or accounting.
•    Strong knowledge of IFRS and cross-border accounting principles.
•    Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
•  Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
•    CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
