- Make card mapping process request by branches 

- Proceed customer information change requests for debit credit

- Solve card complains from bank branches, call center and customers

- Report daily working status and technical issues 

- Other tasks assigned by manager

- B.C.Sc/ B.C.Tech/ B.E (IT) or other related qualification
- Ability to work as part of a team and perform under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written in both Myanmar and English are required
