The AGM Digital Transformation is responsible for overseeing the digital transformation at MIFIDA in all aspects.
As a senior executive, s/he also is responsible for the day-to-day operational and back office functions of MIFIDA, spearheading the transformation to improve performance and promote financial inclusion in Myanmar.
Branch operations optimization and process digitalization planning Branch operations digitization implementation and related problem solving Developing digital credit appraisals management Developing products for both digital and branch channels in coordination with Product Development AGM. Manage and update relevant policies Implementation and execution of plans Streamlining head office functions and implementing IT tools Set up cross-departmental projects for performance improvement Involve management of departments wherever necessary

Job Requirements
8 years experience at a bank, microfinance or a financial institution 5 years managerial experience in an organization of & 100 staff Experience of organizational and digital transformation preferred Work experience at a fintech company preferred Work experience with an international organization/company in Myanmar preferred Ability to speak Burmese a strong plus
