An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The incumbent will assist on the acquisition and integration of Level 2 customers into KBZPay. As Deputy Head of Programme & Campaign, you will orchestrate a
synergistic approach, blending marketing, sales, and acquisition strategies. Collaborating closely with multiple departments within the bank and KBZPay, you will develop
and implement innovative campaigns and strategies designed to not only attract a broader customer base but also ensure their seamless onboarding and engagement with the
platform.

Campaign Strategy and Support:

  • Assist in developing comprehensive campaign strategies to attract and onboard level 2 customers to KBZPay.
  • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis, identifying target customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in the creation and planning of marketing campaigns.

Campaign Execution:

  • Help manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to
    schedules and objectives.

Customer Acquisition and Engagement:

  • Implement initiatives to attract potential level 2 customers.
  • Contribute to the optimization of conversion funnels and user experiences.
  • Engage in activities to enhance customer journey and onboarding experience.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Assist in developing and managing budgets for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources across various campaign activities.

Innovation and Market Trends:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Expert knowledge of marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, and how they can be leveraged to attract and onboard customers.
  • Familiarity with KBZ Pay and the challenges of acquiring level 2 customers.
