Job Description

  • To assist Manager to set up policy and procedure of the Housekeeping.
  • To assist Manager to supervise all Housekeeping personals to achieve the departmental target.
  • To assist manager to keep and report the apartment and public area of NGH to the best possible standard.
  • To control and manage the operations of Hotel, Public Area and Laundry, Gardener sections.
  • To fulfill customer’s requirement by providing the 24 hours Housekeeping services and make the room perfect.
  • To liaison with the Hotel to fulfill their need and make sure their stay happy and comfortable.
  • To assist Manager to manage daily housekeeping service.
  • To conduct training concerned with housekeeping rules and regulations regular, the operation.
  • To check daily basic on all H/K staff giving best service to customers.
  • To deal with suppliers to get the best quality of goods.
  • To give feedback on comments and complaint from customers and other departments.
  • Taking responsibilities of HOD in case of absent for emergency safety and operation.
  • To perform the other duties assigned by Management.
  • To negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible facilities vs. with our planned budget.
  • To liaison with other hotel concerned with to restore check-out rooms, public area, landscaping to the best conditions.
  • To liaison with Finance for monthly inventory control.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • English (4) skills requirement
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
  • Required to relocate
