Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, and retail devices.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for retail stores, warehouses, and head office users.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk support.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support Windows Server, Active Directory, File Servers, NAS, backup systems, and virtual environments.
  • Monitor and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform backup, restore, patching, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Support routers, switches, WiFi, VPN, CCTV, DVR/NVR, and network infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, cloud providers, ISPs, and external support teams.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, UAT, deployments, and technology rollouts.
  • Research and explore new IT solutions, devices, cloud services, automation tools, AI solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and ad-hoc IT projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support (retail/POS experience is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, backup & disaster recovery, and basic cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Digital Ocean).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and IT Service Management (ITIL) is an advantage.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CCNA, CompTIA, VMware, Fortinet, or Mikro Tik are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and time management skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain high system availability, resolve IT issues within SLA, and ensure IT security and asset management standards.
