Job Description

* Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

* Expand and manage recruitment channels while conducting CV screening and candidate assessments.

* Monitor recruitment expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

* Utilize LinkedIn, TikTok, and other recruitment or social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.

* Verify and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

* Manage and process resignation, termination, and dismissal documents.

* Update promotion and salary increment records in the HRIS system.

* Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities.

* Support HR team management and oversee daily HR operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

* Diploma or Certification in Human Resources Management is preferred.

* Proficiency in using LinkedIn, TikTok, and other recruitment or social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.

* Ability to organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and recruitment   campaigns.

* Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Excellent teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills.
