Project Leadership & Execution
End-to-End Management: Lead ERP and business application software
projects from initiation through to "Go-Live," including ongoing maintenance and support for the group of companies.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Governance: Develop detailed project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
Timeline & Budget: Establish project schedules, set milestones, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between all internal departments and external parties.
Reporting: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and provide regular status reports to high-level management and the Project Steering Committee.
Meeting Management: Organize and lead project meetings with all concerned internal and external stakeholders.
Risk & Quality Management
Risk Mitigation: Perform proactive risk management to minimize project vulnerabilities.
Quality Compliance: Prepare comprehensive documentation, manuals, and standards to comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Guidelines, ensuring the IT department passes audits without compliance issues.
Support: Provide immediate response to software errors or improper application use by end-users and assist in preparing ERP reports for various departments.

Job Requirements

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related industry.
At least 2 years of experience at a managerial level.
Certifications: Relevant diplomas or certificates from the IT industry.
Background: Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and project management best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Database Management Systems (DBMS), and web technologies.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, accounting rules, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Software Tools: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, including a high level of attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in
English; effective at both client-facing and internal communication.
