Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Manage and coordinate export and import shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely operations
  2. Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, and Certificates of Origin, and coordinate customs clearance activities
  3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely shipment movement and resolve operational issues
  4. Monitor freight costs, customs charges, demurrage, detention, and other logistics expenses while identifying opportunities for cost reduction
  5. Supervise logistics team activities and work closely with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient logistics operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus Logistics, Supply Chain Management diploma
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export & Import, Logistics, Shipping field
  • Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  •  Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple
