• To initiate purchase orders based on Sales team's requests and obtain necessary approvals from the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance
• To monitor purchase order progress, verify required delivery dates, and coordinate with suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely receipt of goods
• To assist with the License Application & Customs Clearance Process: Support the application process to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth operational flow
• To arrange on time, cost-effective shipments by coordinating with the relevant team and seeking ways for shipping arrangement
• To track purchase orders and shipment status and provide weekly and monthly reports to ensure transparency and timely delivery, and manage all stakeholders as necessary
• To maintain and update data related to shipment, freight, and purchase order status to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
• To monitor operations in alignment with the ISO standard and organize the requirements for the ISO auditing assessment
• To train and oversee team members to align all operational flows with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager or CEO, as required

• Any Graduate (prefer medical field), Preferably Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, with demonstrated proficiency in regulatory compliance and supply chain optimization
• Advanced proficiency in logistics software and technologies essential for optimizing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,

• Strong communication, negotiation,and coordination skills.
