Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Incoterms & Shipping Terms: Standardize commercial terms (Incoterms 2020) across contracts, align freight responsibilities with Procurement/Legal, and resolve carrier/supplier disputes (claims, demurrage, detention).
  • Transport & Shipping Strategy: Select optimal shipping modes (Air, Ocean, Trucking, Rail, Express) based on cost and speed, optimize routing plans, and ensure international customs and trade compliance.
  • 3PL & Partner Management: Standardize RFP and selection processes, track performance via KPIs (OTD, claims ratio, billing accuracy), and lead annual rate negotiations with logistics partners.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in international logistics/supply chain, including 3+ years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Incoterms 2020, trade compliance, total landed cost modeling, and 3PL vendor auditing/management.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (APICS/CSCP or CILT preferred).
